I Used A Awesome Exclusive Kit Called With Love By {CreationzByJo} And A Matching Tube By {zindy} Now These Are Part of A pack And Available From {Zindy}
A Mask of choice I Used Mask 258 By Chelle You can get From {Weescotlass creations}
The Font I Used Is Aquarelle You Can get from {Dafont}
No Outside Plugins Very used For This Tutorial.
Dropshadow Used -1,1,40,4, black
Resize Needed Will Differ According To your Tag.

Lets begin.

Open A New image 650X650 Dont Worry We Will Crop later,Open your Mask In psp And Minmise,Copy And paste A paper Of Choice,Layers new layer From image,
find your mask and and apply, Merge group,i resized mine by 110 percent.

Open the Scatter And Copy and paste over your mask layers arrange to your liking

Copy and paste the flower frame as a new layer resize as needed and add a drop shadown of choice or use the one i did above.

Copy and paste the stiched heart as a new layer and move to the right half way up your image,copy and paste,Copy and paste the ribbon heart
as a new layer and move this to the left of your image a little down from the other heart on the other side,use your raster deform tool and
Rotate to your liking,Copy and paste the charm string as a new layer,resize add drop shadow and move to the right,over to the heart on the right,

copy and paste the wired ribbon as a new layer rezise and place to the right over the ribbon move out so you can see.

copy and paste the scattered flowers resize and move to the top part of your image,copy and paste the stitched heart,and resize and place to the top
of your image see mine for placement,Copy and paste the frame as a new layer resize and place to the left,with your selection tool draw a recatngle over the frame
copy and paste a paper of choice once happy selection invert delete and drag this below you frame,then merge down,i do this so i can move around my tag.
copy and paste the tag as a new layer resize and place to the right of your image over the frame.see mine for placement.Copy and paste the clock resize to your liking
and palce to the top part of the tag you just placed.

Copy and paste the 4 line frame as a new layer resize by 65 perscent and place to the bottom of your image,with your selection tool draw around each square
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete drag this layer below you frame.slections none.copy and paste the lines flowers as a new layer
resize as needed.move over the frame duplicate and arrange to your liking i moved one further right than the other.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and place to the left resize if needed,Copy and paste you tube again this time i used the tube without the hearts
and move to the right a little just so the face is inside the heart.Adjust colorise 0,0, change the blend move to overlay.

Copy and paste the wordart as a new layer resize as needed and palce to your liking,copy and paste the two hearts as a new layer resize and palace to the bottom
of you tube see mine for placment,add your name with a font of choice,

Crop Resize, Add Your Artist Copyright Information,Add Your watermark As The Creator Of The Tag

Save As PNG
