A Mask Of Choice I Choose Mask 277 From Chelle You can get This Mask From {Weescotslass Creations}

Drop shadows Used In This Tutorial 1,-1,40,3,Black or 1,-1,40,3,Black

Lets begin

Open a new image 650X650,I Always Start big,Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice,Open you mask in psp and minimise,Layers new mask layers from image,Find Your Mask
And Apply,Merge Group,Effect penta-Color Dot I Changed the value to 45 and apply,duplicate mask,On the duplicate copy change the blend mode to mutiply and opacity to 79

Copy and paste element 12 as a new layer add drop shadow -1,1,40,3, black,duplicate image mirror,space these out so they are at the edge of the mask,

Open a paper of choice and select your back ground and find the paper,foreground null,with your rectangle tool draw out a rectangle the size of mine roughly,
convert to raster,effect penta-color dot default settings,Select all float defloat,Copy and paste an image of choice,once happy with placement,Select invert And
Hit Delete on your keyboard select none,Add Xero Bad dream Default settings,Merge this image down onto your rectangle.Select all float modify eaxpand by 4
add a new layer and drag this layer below your rectangle layer and floodfill white,select none,Drag this layers down,so you have the outer white layer your rectangle and image merge on one layer,
Effect Toadies What are you 20,20,Duplicate image mirror spread these 2 rectangles to the edge of the mask see mine for placment.

Copy and paste the balloons as a new layer Resize and place to the center of the 2 rectangles,add dropshadow,Copy and paste you main image as a new layer
add dropshadow and move to the center of the rectangles over the baloons,see mine for placment,

Now i copied some elements what ellements you use is your choice,i used the Heart Hanging Element resize as needed,The Mailbox,Resize To Your Liking,
The Heart Rope,The Bucket,And Some Chocolates,I then selected my heart preset shape with 2 paper of choice as forground and back ground and drew out a heart
and placed below the chocolate layer,Add drop shadow to your elements and arrange to your liking or use my for placment.

At This Ppint If you are happy Crop And Resize Your Image,Add Your name I used papers for the foreground and background,Once happy effects eyecandy 4000 gradient glow
width 3 set to white.

Add your Artist copyright Information,Add Your Watermark as the creator of the tag,Save As PNG
