Drop Shadow I Used Is -1,1,40,5, Black.

Resize Elements To Your Liking,What Looks Best I Usually Resize 85 or 90 Percent And Sharpen The Elements.

Lets Begin

Open A New Image 650X650,Open you mask in painshop and minimise.Copy And Paste The Circle Frame As A New Layer.With Your Magic Wand Click Inside The First Frame,Selections Modify Expand By 4,Copy AndPaste A Paper Of Choice,Selections Invert Delete,Drag This Layer Below Your
Frame Layer.Keep Selected,Copy And Paste Some Flowers As a New Layer And Arrange To The Top Left Of The Frame Once Happy With Placement Hit Delete,Copy And Paste Your Image As A New Layer,Arrange To Your Liking,Hit DeleteOn Your Keyboard.Selections None.Duplicate Your Image,Ont The Duplicate Copy Xero porcelian With The Default Settings,On The Original Change The Blend Mode To Soft Light.

Repeat This Process With the Bottom Half Of The Frame,But You May Like To Image Mirror The Flowers And Your Image. Then Add Drop Shadow To Your Frame

Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice And Drag This Layer To The Bottom,Layer New Mask Layer From Image Find Your Mask And Apply Invert Mask data Checked,Duplicate Image Rotate 90 Right,Duplicate Image Rotate 90 Right,Duplicate Image Rotate 90 Right,Merge Down These 4 Layers So There Are Little Darker,

Copy And Paste Sparkle As A New Layer,Resize As Needed,Copy And Paste The Spray As A New Layer Resize As Needed.

Copy And Paste A White Flower As A New Layer,Rezize 80 Percent,Arrange To The Top Layer And Place To The Left Of The Center Of The Frame,Duplicate And Move The Duplicate to The Right,See Mine For Placement,Copy And Paste A Purple Flower As A New Layer Resize 70 Percent And Place To The Left See Mine For Placment.Duplicate And Move To the Right Of Your Image Add drop Shadow To The White Flower.

Copy And Paste The Tag As a New Layer Resize As Needed And Rotate With Your Raster Deform
Tool,And Place To The Left,Copy And Paste Your Main Image As A New layer And Place To The Center Of The Frame.

Add This Point Crop And Resize Your Image,With A Font I Used Size 60 Black. type Out Some Words I choose "Were bringing Foxy Back"Add Drop Shadow And Place To The Top Left

Add Your Name And Place Over The Tag,Add Your Artist Copyright Information,Add Your Water Mark As The Creator Of the Tag,Save As PNG,Your Done
